Supported by a background in laboratory research across academia and industry, I have swapped a pipette for a pen to pursue my passion for communicating the latest in science and medicine to both experts and non-specialists. On any given day, I can be found editing a research paper, working on a pitch for a science journalism story, or perfecting chapters in an upcoming medical textbook.
